Subscriptions, Cancellations, Refunds and Licensing
Seminar and software sales are final. No refund is issued if you cannot attend a seminar. If you do not attend, the payment may be used as a credit toward future seminars or other products and services. If you do not wish to use the credit, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Video sales are final with no refund.
Purchasers of any BKForex.com DVD, CD-ROM, software, book or other product agree that they are the end user and may not rent, lease, resell or otherwise distribute the content or video in any venue. Products may not be resold through an online auction, classified forum or other resale venue.
While Kathy, Boris and the team strive to provide services every trading day, there may be days when service cannot be provided due to internet problems, weather, other acts of nature, holidays, medical or health reasons, or travel.

The individual subscriptions you have with us make up the whole of your membership. Nonpayment for any individual product or service may result in suspension or termination of access to all products and services until open balances are resolved.

Subscribers may enjoy the features of the site only while abiding by the following rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund or recourse.
- Do not share login passwords or usernames. Accounts may be suspended when more than one person signs on using the same credentials.
- Do not reprint, republish, repost, distribute or transmit content or images from this site. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or proprietary material may create civil or criminal liability.
- No advertising, trading of goods or services, bulk email, junk mail, spam, chain letters or repeated posting is allowed in forums or trading rooms.
- Use your own name and do not impersonate another person.
- Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect.
- Avoid shouting through unnecessary use of all capital letters.
- Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech or sexually explicit language, and do not harass, abuse, threaten, libel, defame or disparage others.
- When you post content in a BKForex.com forum or trading room, you permit BKForex.com to display, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, sublicense and use that content for advertising and promotion on a perpetual, non-exclusive and royalty-free basis.
BKForex.com has the right to edit or remove objectionable posts. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it. Violators may be permanently banned or have subscriptions terminated.
